  • Label Applicator:

    • In order to achieve highest production rate and time-saving labeling process, the design of the machine is based on easy and uncomplicated installation for labeling applicator.
    • Stepped motor driver is used for fast and accurate labeling purpose. (if required much higher labeling speed, we could change to use server motor for customer's inquiry.)
    • The maximum labeling speed can reach 42 meter per minute.
    • Two choices for standard labeling width 150mm and 200mm(including base paper; can be customized and designed for customer's inquiry.
    • The maximum reel outer diameter is 375mm.
    • Preserve the printer hole position for future inquiry of printer installation.
    • Simple and easy for machine maintenance.

    Wrapping component:

    • Panasonic Sensitivity Motor is used for wraping machine, Panasonic Inverter Speed Control synchronizes the conveyor speed for higher stability and precise labeling process.
    • Top and bottom main stand is mainly main by high standard aluminum alloy and processed by CNC work machine. The surface is harden by anodic process to reduce oxidization in the air.
    • The component for the belt of wrap around is use water and oil resistant material. With stretchable nylon on the surface to avoid the scratch during the labeling process. Because the main stand is composed by aluminum alloy to strengthen the body, it won¡¦t easily deformed like using stainless steel for mainframe.
    • Wrapping component can be adjusted for top, bottom, and also according to the sizes of the bottles. In order to provide fast adjustment, hand-wheel adjustment is designed for this purpose.

    Conveyor:

    • The main component and stand of machine frame are made of Stainless Steel Aluminum Alloy to meet GMP factory requirements for easy maintenance.
    • Conveyor motor is driven by "Panasonic Induction Motor". The "Panasonic Inverter" speed controller can stabilize the labeling process, the tolerance for labeling process is within ¡Ó0.5%. Stepped Motor is the main stream for among different type the controlled system.
    • High standard Germany made Top Chain of conveyor for long lasting and durable purpose to ensure the stability during the labeling operation.
    • The whole leading guide rail of conveyor is 40mm, constructed by precise parallel solid square UPE (not the same quality as the thin and flat guide rail usually used in the market). Not only provide high stability for conveyor, but also much more durable then other constructional plastic material since UPE composed by high density poly plastic material, so that it is hard to wear out after years of heavy usage.
    • The design of the entrance of the conveyor contains the separated wheel to divide each bottle into the same distance apart from each other to make sure the correct position for each labeling process. By adjust the guide rail, different size of bottles can be suitable for labeling. When production rate reach 200 ~400 bottle per minute, be sure to use guide rail for fast and stable process.
    • For different shape of bottles, the conveyor for the standard machine could allow the maximum diameter within 110mm to 160mm simply by adjusting the supporting rail. (can be also customized by users).
      The maximum speed for conveyor is 33M per minute to provide high speed labeling.
    • Total length of conveyor is 2000mm (can be customized) Unoccupied space with high speed to maximize the availability of the working area.
    • The height of conveyor from floor is within 800mm~1050mm (the adjustable range is 250mm for our standard machine, also can be designed for customer's inquiry), so that it could be easy to incorporate with production-line machine as one unit.
    • Foot-stand designed by square-shaped, unoccupied space with moveable wheel.
    • Stainless food-stand with moveable wheel has supportive and high mobile feature. It is ready to operate as an independent machine or contact with other in-line machine any time to increase production rate.

    Control System:

    • DIY modular assembly----
      • 1.Perfect construction, unique and humanity design with large touched screen controlling system, and CE certified programmable operation display for fast and efficient monitor of labeling operation.
      • 2.High quality of switch imported from Europe meet the CE, BUL, BCAS standard to ensure the safety during system operation.
      • 3.The control box and external plug meet European IP65 standard.
      • 4.Panasonic microprocessor P.L.C. and dual CPU interface control labeling operation for fast and stable labeling process.
      • 5.For Explosive-proved security reasons, we use CE certified fuse stand to ensure customer¡¦s safety
      • 6.Famous optical fiber and infrared ray sensor assure precise and accurate detection for each label.
      • 7.For long lasting and stable control system, overall control boxes are designed for waterproof to meet IP65 European standard.
    • DIY modular assembly----
      • 1.The build-in instruction of the operation in the system is very easy and well described for any new trainee. This system reduces the training time for the new employee who will immediately increase the highest production rate since everyone can learn to operate it within few minutes.
      • 2.The build-in problem shootings feature reduces the fixing time for system breakdown. Operator can easily follow the instruction according to the screen to solve the problems.
      • 3.Humanity design for setting labeling length, any different size of label can be easily detect with a gentle touch. This unique setting can assure the accuracy of each label length, so that it couldn't be affected by the mismatch of length from previous memory setting (Since the space between each label could has a slight difference, the error will be accumulated during each labeling process). Beside that, the setting process is very simple to operate for any new trainee.
      • 4.With the function of label quantity setting, you can easily monitor the current status of labeled quantity from the control screen.
      • 5.With the function of label pre-count setting, you can preset the total labeling quantity. The machine will auto-stop when it reach the preset quantity. This feature is easy for quantity management for production line.
      • 6.With the function labeling time setting, you can easily adjust the position for labeling by change the time setting to make sure correctness of labeling position.
      • 7.Missing label auto-stop system can avoid any missing the label on products for manufacturers to easily do their quality control during the production process.
      • 8.For individual printing timeframe, the function of the printer switching is ready for different demands to assure the clarity of the each words. (The printer is optional accessory. All the wire for printer is preset for future installation in all standard machines).
      • 9.Eight levels speed selection for different working environment to meet the requirement of different production lines.
      • 10.Automatic Start function reduces the operation setting time by simply provide the electricity, the system will start operate itself in the production line
